The digital photograph also can be said to represent a single moment, but one that can be easily lengthened and amplified by joining it to many other moments through various forms of hyperlinks and hybrid media.

This can relate in both media and for the simple person. A group of photographs in the media can create an everlasting movie while a group of photographs for the average person allows them to easily remember a time in their life like a memory.

A digital camera can be part of a larger personal communicator that will keep appointments, make calls, take visual notes, check calendars, order from restaurants, find out about sales in neighboring store, check blood pressure, and tune in to television, radio and personal playlists.

This quote can be a kind of metaphor for how a digital camera can become such an average, everyday object, an object that everyone can carry around and have it be normal in the views of society. We can also take this quote seriously and say that with today’s technology a digital camera can actually have all these aspects, for example, the ability and power to create appointment and keep track of your daily needs.

The photograph in the digital environment can envision the future with enough realism to elicit responses before the depicted future occurs.

Photographs can have the power to retell the past while also being able to possibly predict the future. This quote just shows how much we should depend and actually spend time studying photographs. They aren’t something that people should just overlook and walk past without a second thought, they are so important to us.
